Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the MomentsOutside application for Apple devices, referred to in this policy as the “Application”.
MomentsOutside is provided by TQ Studio, referred to as the “Service Provider”.
The Application is designed to minimize the collection of personal information. The Service Provider does not operate its own account system or proprietary backend for storing your Application content. Except for limited usage analytics and optional iCloud synchronization described below, Application data remains on your device.
Information We Collect
The Application does not request or collect your:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Contacts
- GPS data or precise device location
- Browsing history
- Advertising identifier
- Existing photos or videos
- Information for advertising or marketing purposes
The Application does not request access to Apple Location Services.
The Application does not use advertising services, sell personal information, or track you across applications or websites owned by other companies.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence technologies to process your personal data.
Usage Analytics
The Application collects limited usage analytics, including focus session results, interactions with feature settings and switches, and screens or features viewed.
This data does not include focus notes, custom focus tag names, selected restricted applications or websites, photos, or other free-form content. It is used only to improve the Application and is not used for advertising, marketing, or cross-application tracking.
Local Data Storage
Data created while using the Application is stored locally on your device. This may include:
- Focus sessions, durations, intervals, and completion status
- Focus notes and custom focus tags
- Application settings and preferences
- Statistics and progress
- Film and moment collection data
- Screen Time selections and restriction settings
The Service Provider does not maintain a separate copy of this content on its own servers.
iCloud Synchronization
If you enable iCloud synchronization, supported Application data may be stored in your personal iCloud account and synchronized between your Apple devices.
Synchronized data may include:
- Focus records
- Focus notes
- Custom focus tags
- Films and collected moments
- Collection settings
- Related timestamps and identifiers
Synchronized data is transmitted and stored using Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit infrastructure and is handled in accordance with Apple’s privacy practices.
The Service Provider does not maintain a separate copy of your synchronized data on its own servers.
You can disable iCloud synchronization through the Application. Disabling synchronization stops new synchronization activity on that device but does not automatically delete data already stored in iCloud or on your other devices.
You can manage applicable iCloud data through your Apple device and iCloud account settings.
Screen Time and Application Restrictions
The Application may request access to Apple’s Screen Time features to allow you to restrict selected applications, categories, or websites during a focus session.
Your selections are represented using system-provided tokens and stored locally on your device or in the Application’s private App Group storage.
These selections are used only to provide the restriction feature. They are not included in analytics data or shared with advertising networks or data brokers.
You can revoke Screen Time authorization through your device settings.
Photos and Notifications
The Application may request add-only access to your photo library when you choose to save an Application-provided image.
The Application does not use this permission to read, analyze, or upload your existing photos or videos.
The Application may request notification permission to provide local focus or rest completion notifications. Notification content and schedules are created locally on your device and are not used for advertising or analytics.
These permissions can be changed through your device settings.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses:
- Google Analytics for Firebase, for limited Application usage analytics
- Apple iCloud and CloudKit, for optional synchronization
- Apple system services, for Photos, Notifications, Screen Time, Family Controls, Device Activity, and Managed Settings
The Application does not share data with advertising networks or data brokers and does not use third-party services for targeted advertising.
The Application may contain links that open external websites or applications. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not cover their independent data practices.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local Application data remains on your device until you delete it through the Application, remove the Application’s data, or uninstall the Application.
Data stored in iCloud may remain in your personal iCloud account after the Application is removed from a device. You can manage or delete applicable iCloud data through your Apple device and iCloud account settings.
User-level and event-level analytics data is retained for no longer than 2 months unless deleted earlier. Aggregated statistical reports that no longer identify a particular Application installation may be retained for a longer period.
Because the Application does not operate an account system, analytics data is not associated with an Application account, name, or email address.

Children
The Application is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not knowingly request names, contact information, account registration, or other directly identifying information from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, they may contact support@ttqqcc.com to request its deletion.
Security
Local Application data is protected by the security mechanisms provided by your device and operating system.
When iCloud synchronization is enabled, synchronized data is transmitted and stored using Apple’s iCloud infrastructure and security mechanisms.
Analytics data is transmitted using encrypted network connections.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but the Service Provider takes reasonable measures to limit data collection and protect the information processed through the Application.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing.
Because the Application does not use an account system and analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, the Service Provider may not always be able to associate an analytics record with a specific individual.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Application’s features, third-party services, or data practices change.
The updated version will be made available through the Application or its published Privacy Policy page. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly.

By using the Application, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
